Helpful Information

I look forward to working with you. To ensure each consultation is thorough, considered, and clinically valuable, there are a few important steps to complete prior to your appointment.

Intake forms & information (important)

All new clients are required to complete their intake forms via Halaxy. A secure link will be emailed to you following your booking.

Your consultation fee includes dedicated time for me to carefully review your health history, intake responses, and any uploaded information in advance. Completing this information ahead of time allows our consultation to focus on meaningful discussion, clinical insight, and next steps, rather than administration.

Please ensure you:

  • Complete all intake questions in full

  • Upload any relevant pathology, blood work, or medical reports to your Halaxy account (and ensure they are shared with me)

If intake forms are not completed prior to the appointment, I’m unable to proceed.

To allow adequate time for clinical review and preparation, intake forms are requested to be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Consultations are available:

  • In person at Kunara Organic Marketplace
    330 Mons Road, Forest Glen QLD

  • Online via telehealth

Your preferred appointment type can be selected at the time of booking.

Appointment length

Initial consultation

Approximately 75 minutes

Initial consultations allow time to explore your health history and symptom patterns, discuss contributing factors, and begin developing an individualised support plan.

Follow-up consultations

Approximately 45 minutes

Follow-up appointments focus on reviewing progress, refining support, and continuing care as your health evolves.

Short review or check-in appointments may be available where clinically appropriate.

Payment

A valid payment card is required at the time of booking and is stored securely via Halaxy.

  • Telehealth appointments are processed automatically following the consultation

  • In-person appointments at Kunara are completed at the register after your session

In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, charges are applied in line with the practice cancellation policy. Receipts are issued automatically.

Completing your intake thoroughly and in advance allows me to prepare properly for our time together. This preparation is an important part of the care you’re investing in and ensures our consultation can focus on what matters most to you.
