Sara Judd | Clinical Naturopath (BHSc) Sunshine Coast | Evidence-Based Naturopathy
I’m Sara Judd. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and am a registered member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
My training includes herbal and nutritional medicine, functional pathology, and holistic assessment, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice. I continue to build on this through ongoing education and collaboration with other health professionals.
I work with clients to identify the underlying drivers of their health concerns and provide structured, evidence-based strategies that support measurable, long-term outcomes.

How I Work with Patients
Lasting change begins with clarity and understanding why your body is responding the way it does.
I start by listening carefully to your story, your symptoms, and your daily patterns. From there, we look deeper, connecting stress, hormones, digestion, and environment to reveal the real drivers of imbalance.
I integrate functional testing, clinical reasoning, and nutritional and herbal medicine to create treatment plans that are structured, effective, and genuinely sustainable.
My goal is to help you reach a point where you don’t need constant adjustments. Where you understand your body well enough to maintain balance long-term.
My clinical interests include:
Hormone balance: Supporting women through the perimenopause and menopause transition.
Cortisol and stress regulation: Improving sleep, energy, and nervous system resilience.
Digestive health: Supporting gut repair, microbiome balance, and motility.
Metabolism and weight loss: Helping restore energy, weight stability, and GLP-1 support.
Detoxification: Addressing inflammation and reseting the body to function at its best.
Immune resilience and recovery: Uncovering the root cause of immune dysregulation such as mould illness
Each area is approached through a combination of clinical reasoning, functional testing, nutritional therapy, and herbal medicine, tailored to your individual presentation.
Professional Background
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Naturopathy), a degree-level qualification that integrates traditional naturopathic medicine with contemporary scientific research.
My practice is grounded in thorough assessment, collaborative care, and clear, practical recommendations designed to support measurable outcomes.
Working Together
Your first consultation is a conversation. Together, we explore your history, challenges, and goals, then map a plan that feels doable and meaningful for you.
Plans may include nutrition and lifestyle strategies, herbal medicine, practitioner-grade supplements, and, when appropriate, targeted pathology or functional testing.
Follow-up consultations allow us to track progress, refine your plan, and support sustainable results over time.
Next Steps
Let’s begin by meeting. Book your initial consultation, and let’s map your path forward.
This appointment gives us time to understand your health history, explore your goals, and create a personalised treatment plan designed to support long-term results.
