Areas of Care

Many people seek support after trying multiple diets, supplements or treatments without finding lasting improvement.

Consultations may be appropriate for people experiencing bloating, IBS, SIBO, food reactivity, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea and other persistent digestive symptoms.

Because digestive symptoms rarely occur in isolation, consultations may also explore contributing factors involving energy, hormones, skin health, stress physiology, nervous system regulation and broader lifestyle patterns.

Care is individualised and may include nutrition, lifestyle support, practitioner supplementation, pathology interpretation and functional testing where clinically relevant.

How I work

Care is personalised and designed around the individual rather than a one size fits all protocol approach.

Consultations involve a detailed review of symptoms, history, pathology, lifestyle patterns and contributing factors. Support may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, targeted supplementation and functional testing where clinically relevant.

The goal is not simply symptom suppression, but understanding the broader patterns influencing why symptoms are occurring in the first place.

Functional testing

In some cases, functional testing may help provide further clinical clarity where symptoms are persistent, complex or not responding as expected.

Testing is used selectively and interpreted within the context of the individual rather than in isolation.

Areas may include digestive testing, SIBO breath testing, nutritional markers and broader metabolic or hormonal assessment where appropriate.
