About Sara Judd
I'm Sara, a clinical naturopath based on the Sunshine Coast.
I genuinely love what I do, particularly helping people who've been dealing with ongoing health concerns and haven't quite found the answers they're looking for.
I enjoy getting to know my patients and understanding their experiences. For me, seeing someone's quality of life improve is the most rewarding part of my work.
I offer consultations in Maroochydore and Forest Glen, as well as online Australia-wide.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Naturopathy), am an ANTA member and am currently undertaking a Master of Human Nutrition at Deakin University.
How I Approach Persistent Symptoms
When symptoms have been ongoing or previous treatments haven't helped as much as you'd hoped, it's worth taking a closer look at what might be contributing.
I review your health history alongside previous investigations and treatment responses, considering whether anything important has been overlooked.
From there, we can work out what needs immediate support and whether further testing would actually be useful.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We'll take the time to discuss your health concerns and review what's already been investigated or tried. You'll receive a personalised treatment plan explaining where we're starting and what I'd recommend moving forward.
-
Not necessarily. I'll review any existing results first and only recommend further testing when it's likely to provide useful information. We'll discuss the reasons and costs before deciding whether to go ahead.
-
Not necessarily. I prefer to keep dietary changes manageable and avoid unnecessary restrictions. If a temporary elimination diet may be helpful, I'll explain why and how we can reintroduce foods afterwards.
